Der aus Sierra Leone stammende Mann h<\/span><span class=\"author-a-z89zz72zlz85zdz82zz122z3z87zkz76zz87zz69zokz71z\">abe<\/span><span class=\"author-a-hfdz79z90bz73zz84zz90zjyz77zz70zbz73z\"> Widerstand gegen die Polizei geleistet, wurde in Gewahrsam genommen und in der Tatnacht an seine Matratze fixiert. Aus unerkl\u00e4rlichen Gr\u00fcnden wurde zudem das Tatortvideo der Polizei abgebrochen und war unvollst\u00e4ndig. 2008 w<\/span><span class=\"author-a-z89zz72zlz85zdz82zz122z3z87zkz76zz87zz69zokz71z\">urden <\/span><span class=\"author-a-hfdz79z90bz73zz84zz90zjyz77zz70zbz73z\">die beiden angeklagten Polizisten vom Landgericht Dessau freigesprochen. Aufgrund der zahlreichen Proteste und dem Widerstand der Menschen w<\/span><span class=\"author-a-z89zz72zlz85zdz82zz122z3z87zkz76zz87zz69zokz71z\">urde<\/span> <span class=\"author-a-z89zz72zlz85zdz82zz122z3z87zkz76zz87zz69zokz71z\">schlie\u00dflich <\/span><span class=\"author-a-hfdz79z90bz73zz84zz90zjyz77zz70zbz73z\">2012 durch den B<\/span><span class=\"author-a-z89zz72zlz85zdz82zz122z3z87zkz76zz87zz69zokz71z\">undesgerichtshof <\/span><span class=\"author-a-hfdz79z90bz73zz84zz90zjyz77zz70zbz73z\">entschieden, dass der Fall neu aufgerollt w<\/span><span class=\"author-a-z89zz72zlz85zdz82zz122z3z87zkz76zz87zz69zokz71z\">ird <\/span><span class=\"author-a-hfdz79z90bz73zz84zz90zjyz77zz70zbz73z\">und ein zweiter Prozess statt<\/span><span class=\"author-a-z89zz72zlz85zdz82zz122z3z87zkz76zz87zz69zokz71z\">findet<\/span><span class=\"author-a-hfdz79z90bz73zz84zz90zjyz77zz70zbz73z\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"magicdomid67\" class=\"ace-line\" spellcheck=\"true\">\n<p id=\"magicdomid68\" class=\"ace-line\" spellcheck=\"true\"><span class=\"author-a-hfdz79z90bz73zz84zz90zjyz77zz70zbz73z\">Der zust\u00e4ndige Dienstgruppenleiter der Polizei gibt in diesem Prozess zu, dass der Alarm <\/span><span class=\"author-a-z89zz72zlz85zdz82zz122z3z87zkz76zz87zz69zokz71z\">im Revier <\/span><span class=\"author-a-hfdz79z90bz73zz84zz90zjyz77zz70zbz73z\">mehrmals anging und er diesen mindestens einmal ausschaltete. Das Landgericht Magdeburg verurteilt<\/span><span class=\"author-a-z89zz72zlz85zdz82zz122z3z87zkz76zz87zz69zokz71z\">e<\/span><span class=\"author-a-hfdz79z90bz73zz84zz90zjyz77zz70zbz73z\"> die Polizisten dennoch lediglich zu einer Geldstrafe. Die Schuld an Oury Jallohs Tod w<\/span><span class=\"author-a-z89zz72zlz85zdz82zz122z3z87zkz76zz87zz69zokz71z\">u<\/span><span class=\"author-a-hfdz79z90bz73zz84zz90zjyz77zz70zbz73z\">rd<\/span><span class=\"author-a-z89zz72zlz85zdz82zz122z3z87zkz76zz87zz69zokz71z\">e<\/span><span class=\"author-a-hfdz79z90bz73zz84zz90zjyz77zz70zbz73z\"> mit Unterbesetzung und technischen Unzul\u00e4nglichkeiten begr\u00fcndet.\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"author-a-z89zz72zlz85zdz82zz122z3z87zkz76zz87zz69zokz71z\">B<\/span><span class=\"author-a-hfdz79z90bz73zz84zz90zjyz77zz70zbz73z\">ereits 2013 stellt<\/span><span class=\"author-a-z89zz72zlz85zdz82zz122z3z87zkz76zz87zz69zokz71z\">e<\/span><span class=\"author-a-hfdz79z90bz73zz84zz90zjyz77zz70zbz73z\"> ein irischer Brandverst\u00e4ndiger fest, dass ein Brandbeschleuniger h\u00e4tte eingesetzt werden m\u00fcssen, um diesen Brand in Gang zu setzen. Entgegen diesem Gutachten w<\/span><span class=\"author-a-z89zz72zlz85zdz82zz122z3z87zkz76zz87zz69zokz71z\">u<\/span><span class=\"author-a-hfdz79z90bz73zz84zz90zjyz77zz70zbz73z\">rd<\/span><span class=\"author-a-z89zz72zlz85zdz82zz122z3z87zkz76zz87zz69zokz71z\">e<\/span><span class=\"author-a-hfdz79z90bz73zz84zz90zjyz77zz70zbz73z\"> das Urteil im Jahr 2013 rechtskr\u00e4ftig.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"magicdomid70\" class=\"ace-line\" spellcheck=\"true\">\n<p id=\"magicdomid71\" class=\"ace-line\" spellcheck=\"true\"><span class=\"author-a-hfdz79z90bz73zz84zz90zjyz77zz70zbz73z\">Trotz gro\u00dfer Proteste und einer erneuten Ermittlung im Jahr 2017, h<\/span><span class=\"author-a-z89zz72zlz85zdz82zz122z3z87zkz76zz87zz69zokz71z\">ie<\/span><span class=\"author-a-hfdz79z90bz73zz84zz90zjyz77zz70zbz73z\">lt das Gericht die Tatsachen f\u00fcr unzureichend. Der Druck und die offenen Fragen h\u00e4uf<\/span><span class=\"author-a-z89zz72zlz85zdz82zz122z3z87zkz76zz87zz69zokz71z\">t<\/span><span class=\"author-a-hfdz79z90bz73zz84zz90zjyz77zz70zbz73z\">en sich, da aus den Ermittlungsakten hervorg<\/span><span class=\"author-a-z89zz72zlz85zdz82zz122z3z87zkz76zz87zz69zokz71z\">ing<\/span><span class=\"author-a-hfdz79z90bz73zz84zz90zjyz77zz70zbz73z\">, dass die Polizei mit dem Brand<\/span><span class=\"author-a-z89zz72zlz85zdz82zz122z3z87zkz76zz87zz69zokz71z\"> versucht haben k\u00f6nnte <\/span><span class=\"author-a-hfdz79z90bz73zz84zz90zjyz77zz70zbz73z\">, die vorherigen Verletzungen an Oury Jallohs K\u00f6rper zu vertuschen. Immer wieder s<\/span><span class=\"author-a-z89zz72zlz85zdz82zz122z3z87zkz76zz87zz69zokz71z\">ah<\/span><span class=\"author-a-hfdz79z90bz73zz84zz90zjyz77zz70zbz73z\"> das Gericht die Vorw\u00fcrfe als unzureichend an und w<\/span><span class=\"author-a-z89zz72zlz85zdz82zz122z3z87zkz76zz87zz69zokz71z\">ies<\/span><span class=\"author-a-hfdz79z90bz73zz84zz90zjyz77zz70zbz73z\"> die Anklagen zur\u00fcck. Durch Initiativen und Aktivist:innen w<\/span><span class=\"author-a-z89zz72zlz85zdz82zz122z3z87zkz76zz87zz69zokz71z\">urde<\/span><span class=\"author-a-hfdz79z90bz73zz84zz90zjyz77zz70zbz73z\"> weiterhin versucht den Fall aufzukl\u00e4ren, um die Wahrheit ans Licht zu bringen. <\/span><span class=\"author-a-z89zz72zlz85zdz82zz122z3z87zkz76zz87zz69zokz71z\">Doch t<\/span><span class=\"author-a-hfdz79z90bz73zz84zz90zjyz77zz70zbz73z\">rotz zahlreicher Aufdeckungen und schwerwiegender Vorw\u00fcrfe gegen\u00fcber der Polizei durch die Medien, verweiger<\/span><span class=\"author-a-z89zz72zlz85zdz82zz122z3z87zkz76zz87zz69zokz71z\">ten<\/span><span class=\"author-a-hfdz79z90bz73zz84zz90zjyz77zz70zbz73z\"> der beteiligte Richter und die Staatanw\u00e4lte die Befragungen zu diesem Fall. In den kommenden Jahren w<\/span><span class=\"author-a-z89zz72zlz85zdz82zz122z3z87zkz76zz87zz69zokz71z\">u<\/span><span class=\"author-a-hfdz79z90bz73zz84zz90zjyz77zz70zbz73z\">rd<\/span><span class=\"author-a-z89zz72zlz85zdz82zz122z3z87zkz76zz87zz69zokz71z\">e<\/span><span class=\"author-a-hfdz79z90bz73zz84zz90zjyz77zz70zbz73z\"> zudem festgestellt, dass Oury Jalloh bereits vor seinem Tod heftige k\u00f6rperliche Misshandlungen hinnehmen musste.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"magicdomid73\" class=\"ace-line\" spellcheck=\"true\"><span class=\"author-a-hfdz79z90bz73zz84zz90zjyz77zz70zbz73z\">Erst am 3. November 2021 k<\/span><span class=\"author-a-z89zz72zlz85zdz82zz122z3z87zkz76zz87zz69zokz71z\">am<\/span><span class=\"author-a-hfdz79z90bz73zz84zz90zjyz77zz70zbz73z\"> ein neues Gutachten ans Licht, welches durch die private Aufkl\u00e4rungsinitiative \u201eInitiative in Gedenken an Oury Jalloh\u201c in Auftrag gegeben wurde. In diesem Gutachten wurde die Tatnacht samt Zelle nachgestellt, wobei der britische Gutachter Ian Peck feststellte, dass Jalloh von Polizisten angez\u00fcndet wurde. Nachdem man den k\u00fcnstlichen K\u00f6rper mit 2,5 Litern Benzin \u00fcbergoss, befand sich dieser in einem \u00e4hnlichen Zustand<\/span> <span class=\"author-a-hfdz79z90bz73zz84zz90zjyz77zz70zbz73z\">wie die Leiche von Oury Jalloh in seiner Zelle. Peck sagte im Anschluss: \u201eDas blo\u00dfe Entz\u00fcnden der Matratze oder der Kleidung w\u00fcrde niemals einen solchen grad an Verkohlung nach sich ziehen.\u201c Alle Sachverst\u00e4ndigen kamen immer zum selben Ergebnis, dennoch wurden die zust\u00e4ndigen Polizisten nie zur Rechenschaft gezogen.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"magicdomid74\" class=\"ace-line\" spellcheck=\"true\"><span class=\"author-a-hfdz79z90bz73zz84zz90zjyz77zz70zbz73z\">Es ist <\/span><span class=\"author-a-z89zz72zlz85zdz82zz122z3z87zkz76zz87zz69zokz71z\">nicht nachvollziehbar<\/span><span class=\"author-a-hfdz79z90bz73zz84zz90zjyz77zz70zbz73z\">, wie nach fast 16 Jahren <\/span><span class=\"author-a-z89zz72zlz85zdz82zz122z3z87zkz76zz87zz69zokz71z\">trotz eines<\/span><span class=\"author-a-hfdz79z90bz73zz84zz90zjyz77zz70zbz73z\"> nach wissenschaftlichen Tatsachen belegten Fall<\/span><span class=\"author-a-z89zz72zlz85zdz82zz122z3z87zkz76zz87zz69zokz71z\">es<\/span> <span class=\"author-a-z89zz72zlz85zdz82zz122z3z87zkz76zz87zz69zokz71z\">immer noch <\/span><span class=\"author-a-hfdz79z90bz73zz84zz90zjyz77zz70zbz73z\">keine Ermittlungen aufgenommen wurden oder die Beweise als unzureichend <\/span><span class=\"author-a-z89zz72zlz85zdz82zz122z3z87zkz76zz87zz69zokz71z\">dargestellt wurden<\/span><span class=\"author-a-hfdz79z90bz73zz84zz90zjyz77zz70zbz73z\">. Die tiefe Verankerung<\/span><span class=\"author-a-z89zz72zlz85zdz82zz122z3z87zkz76zz87zz69zokz71z\">, <\/span><span class=\"author-a-hfdz79z90bz73zz84zz90zjyz77zz70zbz73z\">insbesondere innerhalb de<\/span><span class=\"author-a-z89zz72zlz85zdz82zz122z3z87zkz76zz87zz69zokz71z\">r <\/span><span class=\"author-a-hfdz79z90bz73zz84zz90zjyz77zz70zbz73z\">Polizei<\/span><span class=\"author-a-z89zz72zlz85zdz82zz122z3z87zkz76zz87zz69zokz71z\">, <\/span><span class=\"author-a-hfdz79z90bz73zz84zz90zjyz77zz70zbz73z\">wurde schon meh<\/span><span class=\"author-a-z89zz72zlz85zdz82zz122z3z87zkz76zz87zz69zokz71z\">rfach<\/span><span class=\"author-a-hfdz79z90bz73zz84zz90zjyz77zz70zbz73z\"> bewiesen. Diese Vorf\u00e4lle zeigen jedoch, dass nur mit dem Protest und dem Widerstand der Menschen solche F\u00e4lle nicht in Vergessenheit geraten k\u00f6nnen. Es beweist ebenfalls, dass der deutsche Staat alles in seiner Macht <\/span><span class=\"author-a-z89zz72zlz85zdz82zz122z3z87zkz76zz87zz69zokz71z\">s<\/span><span class=\"author-a-hfdz79z90bz73zz84zz90zjyz77zz70zbz73z\">tehende versucht, um <\/span><span class=\"author-a-z89zz72zlz85zdz82zz122z3z87zkz76zz87zz69zokz71z\">diese <\/span><span class=\"author-a-hfdz79z90bz73zz84zz90zjyz77zz70zbz73z\">eindeutigen rassistischen Morde zu vertuschen. Oury Jalloh war kein Einzelfall.<\/span> <span class=\"author-a-hfdz79z90bz73zz84zz90zjyz77zz70zbz73z\">In zahlreichen St\u00e4dten wurden <\/span><span class=\"author-a-z89zz72zlz85zdz82zz122z3z87zkz76zz87zz69zokz71z\">und werden <\/span><span class=\"author-a-hfdz79z90bz73zz84zz90zjyz77zz70zbz73z\">Demonstrationen <\/span><span class=\"author-a-z89zz72zlz85zdz82zz122z3z87zkz76zz87zz69zokz71z\">oder andere Aktionen <\/span><span class=\"author-a-hfdz79z90bz73zz84zz90zjyz77zz70zbz73z\">geplant, um v\u00f6llige Aufkl\u00e4rung im Fall Oury Jalloh zu fordern.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>2005 verbrannte Oury Jalloh in einer Zelle des Dessauer Polizeireviers.
